TECHNICAL SUPPORT

At Dental Technology Center, we are committed to providing quality assistance, expert support and prompt resolutions. We are happy to offer Service Contracts. A Service Contract allows dental practices to budget for onsite support of any kind (hardware, upgrades, software installation, network help, etc.) to keep existing equipment up and running. Technical support becomes a predictable quantity, not an unexpected surprise. In essence, the Service Contract is the insurance that you need to keep you and your employees focused on the business at hand, not on computer service charges.

Deciding which level of service would best suit your office is up to you. DTC, Inc. has developed three plans from which to choose. In addition, you still have the option of not selecting a plan and paying per occurrence.

DTCBSure OFFSITE BACKUP

A trustworthy data backup plan is a critical part of business today. Having a reliable data recovery plan in place can mean the difference between your business not missing a beat or losing thousands of hours of work.

DTCBSure is an online backup service that allows you to backup your valuable computer data over the internet. DTCBSure automates the process of backing up your data offsite. Backups begin automatically and your data is sent to and stored in two redundant storage facilities located hundreds of miles apart. Your data is encrypted, and always remains encrypted using a unique 256 bit encryption key that only you have access to. We now offer a tool that is the most complete “paperless office” package on the market today. With the ability to seamlessly integrate with your patient management system, patients can complete medical and dental history forms from home. These forms are transferred over a secure connection to your office. When patients arrive for their appointment, they just sign using a signature pad connected to the computer.
